Frustrated that the charger cracked and prongs stayed in the wall when I unplugged it. I can no longer charge the iron, customer service refused to replace the broken charger or provide a discount toward replacement (not to mention shipping is over two times the price of the replacement charger)

I wanted to like this. I own the 1" curling iron as well, but really needed a larger styler as well. Unfortunately, the clip is not strong enough for curling. It wouldn't be as big of a deal if there were a cap on the end to grasp, but without it, it's just too time-consuming to use as a curling iron. Really hope they make a larger barrel curling iron.

Had an issue with the first one that was resolved in days. I ordered the iron for a trip and shipped a replacement so I would have it on time. The wand itself is great! It’s a beautiful piece, and performs as promised. Overall very happy with my purchase.

I can’t stand having any more corded things at home and most especially in my tiny NYC bathroom. I couldn’t wait to try this and my results were amazing. The wand heats up quickly and its battery is more than enough for my beach wave styling!! I can’t wait to travel with it and I love the confidence of styling with it and not worrying about my kids grabbing the cords etc
