Return for Refund

We hope you love your Lunata Beauty Cordless tools however, if for any reason you would like to return it, you have 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. Please note that Lunata Beauty does not cover the cost of return shipping - we will provide a prepaid return label and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your return. Our tools must be returned in the original packaging, with all components.  

If you would prefer to ship via your own carrier, please see below for further instructions.  If your Lunata Beauty cordless hair tool is damaged or defective, please skip to the Warranty section below.

1. Visit our Return Portal and provide your order number and email address to generate your return notice.

2. Once your return is submitted you will receive an email with a return label for your local postal carrier.

3. Please ensure to include a copy of your order confirmation within the box.

4. Once your return is received, the refund will be issued minus the cost of return shipping.

Warranty

All of Lunata Beauty's Cordless hair tools come with a limited one year manufacturer's warranty.  Please read the below warranty closely.

Lunata Beauty will supply you with a one year warranty for your original purchase if it is found to be defective in materials or workmanship.  Please keep your dated receipt as proof of purchase.  The defective product must be returned, in its original packaging along with your proof of purchase to the original place of purchase.  This warranty does not apply to irons which have been tampered with, altered or repaired.  This warranty does not cover items damaged by normal wear and tear including chips, scratches, abrasions, discolouration or fading.  The guarantee is only valid if this appliance is operated in strict accordance with the instructions given.  In no event will Lunata Beauty be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages based upon this breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence or any other legal theory.  Such damages include without limitation, loss of savings, income or revenue, loss of profit, loss of use, the claims of third parties (including hairdressers and their clients), and the cost of any substitute equipment or services.  Nothing in this guarantee excludes, restricts or otherwise affects your statutory rights.
