Troubleshooting tangles
With more of us enjoying the great outdoors, if you’re struggling through some world-class knots you’re not alone. Our detangling mini brush is great for days out and for simple knots!
But sometimes you need more help.
First things first, we need to dismantle a few tall tales about tangles!
Detangling myth #1: Don’t brush wet hair.
It really depends on the brush. The bristles in our detangling mini brush are one unit–no tiny balls at the end snagging your strands.
To cut down on tangles, work your way from ends to your roots when you detangle.
Detangling myth #2: Detangling is painful.
Getting tangles out can be a pain, but it doesn’t have to be. If your brush is tugging at your scalp and putting too much stress on your hair, it’s time to switch to our detangling mini brush.
Find a brush that’s versatile: our detangling mini brush can be used wet or dry and is great to use on kids!
Detangling myth #3: Detangle at the root.
Brushing this way is natural and a lot faster, but it’s better to detangle at the ends and gradually work your way up. Say goodbye to scalp pain with this one small change!
Shower struggles
If combing your hair post-shower is a painful battle, do a quick pass with our detangling mini brush or paddle brush before you hop in!
Finger combing in a rich conditioner can help with tangles and breakage. If your hair is prone to lots of tangling or your hair is damaged, use a leave-in detangling product post-shower can keep your hair silky, smooth and separate.
For versatility, choose a leave-in treatment that can also work as a heat protectant before styling with our cordless curling wand.
Beach breakage
Combine sun, sand, sea and wind and you’ve got a winning combination for either great beach hair or a beach catastrophe on your head.
Our detangling mini brush in your beach bag tackles tangles at the beach, while conditioning first when you have your post-beach shower will get the knots out painlessly!
Wind wreckage
The wind in your hair might seem romantic, but sometimes the reality isn’t that you’re in a convertible wind in your hair living your best life. It’s more like the wind kicking up your hair and occasionally getting in your face and stuck to lip gloss.
To tackle snarls, it’s good to have a brush on the go, like our detangling mini brush that is portable enough to have in your bag or stashed in your car. The ergonomic shape makes it easy to use and its bristles make quick work of any tangles you might have.
Cut down on tangles in transit by covering loose hair with a headscarf for a stylish way to protect hair from getting tangled.
Use the cordless curling wand to create curls or waves and style hair in a temporary, protective style like a top-knot, bun, or a double ponytail while outside. Let your hair down when you’re safely inside!
